In carrying out company activities, TESLATECH ENDÜSTRİ ELEKTRİK prioritises protecting its employees and other persons who may be affected by its activities from potential hazards, occupational accidents and occupational diseases through preventive approaches; avoiding damage to its own and others’ property; and making multi-faceted efforts to prevent environmental pollution.

    TESLATECH Elektrik will ensure that the following objectives and principles are put into practice to achieve this aim.

    In this regard our objective is:

    • Zero occupational accidents
    • Zero occupational disease
    • To spread and continually improve HSE culture across our organisation under the principle of zero environmental incidents

  4. Our Principles

    • To provide all employees with a healthy, safe and environmentally aware workplace, and to respect human rights and cultural values.
    • To uphold the values of integrity, honesty, transparency and fairness.
    • In the conduct of activities, to take preventive and protective measures in line with labour law and related legislation; to ensure that HSE responsibility is embraced by all employees through a participatory approach within the hierarchical structure.
    • To raise employees’ awareness and expertise through programmed HSE training and periodic audits at every level.
    • By providing a workplace compliant with laws, regulations and national and international standards; to create additional motivation in work discipline by recognising and rewarding employee of the month based on HSE performance measurement and evaluation.
    • To achieve savings by using natural and operational resources carefully.
    • To comply with all national environmental regulatory requirements.
    • To be aware of the adverse effects of climate change and contribute to the process; to develop employees’ environmental awareness.
    • To show sensitivity to global issues such as climate change and contribute to sustainability; to monitor, measure and improve HSE performance through continual improvement; to raise our quality and reliability by taking customer feedback into account.
    • By assessing all risks in company operations, to make continual improvements to eliminate or reduce hazards that employees and other people who may be affected by activities may face, in line with the Zero Accident principle.

  5. Risk and Reliability

    While delivering high-quality service, our company aims to identify general and project-based HSE risks and to reduce them to the lowest practicable acceptable levels. Analysing customer complaints thoroughly has been adopted to raise our reliability to the highest level.
